The meeting between Prime Minister Robert Golob and his partner, Tina Gaber, and the future President of the United States of America, Donald Trump, that recently happened in Paris, continues to cause quite a stir in the public. This time, a friend of Tina Gaber has spoken out, claiming that Gaber’s attitude towards both the First Lady of the USA and Donald Trump is very hypocritical. Apparently, in past conversations with her friends, she was highly critical of the American presidential couple.
“If the future First Lady of the USA, Melania Trump, had joined us for dinner, I would have loved to tell her how proud Slovenians are of her,” Tina Gaber wrote in an Instagram post, after she met the President-elect of the USA, Donald Trump.
As a reminder, the meeting took place at the recent opening of the renovated Notre-Dame Cathedral in Paris. The meeting appeared somewhat forced and unexpected for the future President of the USA, at least according to the images and video released by the government through its communication channels.
Meanwhile, Gaber’s note on Instagram apparently bothered her friend, who publicly reminded her of what she had said about Trump and his wife in the past.
“Tina Gaber, a few years ago, when you, your ex-boyfriend Klemen, Sabina and I were at my family’s holiday house at the seaside, you were talking about how Trump is the greatest evil in the world. You didn’t have nice words for Melania either – in fact, it was quite the opposite. You were saying that she was with him for money and influence. And now you are writing about how we Slovenians can be proud of her? Tina, sorry, we are friendly with each other, but this is not nice, and it is very hypocritical,” he wrote on the social media Facebook, in response to the aforementioned video.

The unusual behaviour of the Slovenian Prime Minister and his partner has even reached China. On the other side of the world, they wrote extensively about the fact that the Prime Minister’s partner broke protocol, and her appearance was described as similar to that of the ladies of the Kardashian family.
