Denis Mancevič, a former diplomat serving in Moscow, assessed that Russian President Vladimir Putin had started a war that he would not be able to win in the long run.
He believes that the war in Ukraine could also prove to have a fateful bearing on Putin’s presidency and future existence of the Russian Federation.
