The Judiciary Has Awarded The Judges And Prosecutor In The Patria Case The Hefty Court Costs

A Maribor court has awarded the sued judges and the prosecutor in the Patria case the hefty court costs that will have to be repaid by the plaintiff. “The vampire judicial caste in the service of the degenerate left believes that it is untouchable,” wrote the President of the Slovenian Democratic Party (Slovenska demokratska stranka – SDS).

“The prosecutors and judges who falsely accused the defendants and tried the PATRIA case have now been awarded by the Kranj and Maribor courts – their hefty court costs will be repaid, namely: Hrastar will be paid 11,522 euros, Klajnšček will be paid 11,415 euros, Štrukelj will be paid 7,2011 euros, Žalik will be paid 7,2011 euros, and Masleša will be paid 7,2011 euros for court costs. All acquitted and awarded with a total of over 44,000 euros that have to be paid within 15 days for a hearing that lasted less than 3 hours,” Janša wrote on the social network X.

The President of the SDS party added that the court in Kranj and Judge Tanja Bizjak acquitted all five defendants in record time, without a single evidentiary motion by the injured party, and had not called a hearing for the remainder of the damages claim trial for more than a year. The action for wrongful imprisonment is now in its fifth year.

“The vampire judicial caste in the service of the degenerate left believes that it is untouchable and that it will never be held accountable for wrongful convictions and destroying the lives of families,” wrote Janša.

Janša accused the defendants of illegal work in the Patria trial. “A trial is one thing, and a political showdown is another. This was a political showdown. To quote former Constitutional Court judge Krivic, it is clear at first sight that what we were tried for in the Patria case is not a crime. Those who participated in this knew that they were not conducting a trial, but a political execution and that there would be no accountability or that they would not pay damages,” Janša explained the lawsuit some time ago, accusing the defendants of changing the course of political history in Slovenia.

The leader of the opposition demanded 900 thousand euros in damages from those involved in the trial. “This figure is symbolic, the damage that has been caused should actually be measured in billions,” he explained.

The SDS party President added that there was no possibility of an appeal against the decision of the court in Kranj.
