“Someone vandalised ‘Možetov križ’ (the Može Cross) in Šentjošt last night,” reported the parish priest, Tadej Kersnič, about the vandalism.
There are still cases of intimidation and primitivism happening today, such as the one recently reported on by the parish priest of Stopiče, Tadej Kersnič. On Monday, he found a cross that had been vandalised and torn down, which was previously standing on the pedestal of Stanko Može – known as ‘Možetov križ’.
It is not yet known who is the perpetrator of this despicable act, but the vandalised cross is yet another example of who is really spreading hatred and violence against a community that has already experienced revolutionary traumas in the past.
