Following a two-day NATO ministerial, FM Anže Logar said the developments after the withdrawal from Afghanistan had come as a surprise and had brought up numerous risks that needed to be properly addressed.
When planning future missions, goals should be laid out in advance according to regional characteristics, he noted. When it comes to the Western Balkans, the current situation there shows progress is not a given, he warned.
