In the last 24 hours, police officers in the area of the Koper Police Department dealt with 6 illegal migrants.
1 Tunisian citizen who applied for asylum was arrested near Brežec; 2 Pakistani nationals were arrested in the Snežnik area; 1 Iranian citizen who applied for asylum was arrested in Prešnica; 1 citizen of Afghanistan who applied for asylum was arrested at Kastelec and another citizen of Iran at Socerb.
Three people who applied for asylum were placed in an asylum home, the rest will be returned to the Croatian security authorities during the day.
